Aidis LK Zunde
Vice President, Intelligence & National Security Account Executive
Aidis Zunde is a former Army colonel with extensive business development and management experience in the government services sector. Commissioned in the Infantry, he led rifle companies in the 82nd Airborne, participating in both JUST CAUSE and DESERT SHIELD/STORM, and the 75th Rangers. After commanding the 1st Battalion, 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment, and a tour in the Pentagon on the Army Initiatives Group, he deployed to Iraq as the Operations Officer of Multi-National Force-Northwest, and then as the Deputy Chief of Staff, 101st Airborne Division.
Upon transitioning from the military, Aidis joined Whitney, Bradley, and Brown (WBB), supporting the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Operations Integration Center (COIC) as the first Chief of the Afghanistan Task Force. In 2009, at special request, he went to Kabul to oversee a support surge as the COIC Senior Advisor - Afghanistan. In late 2009, Aidis joined Lockheed Martin as the Senior Program Manager for JIEDDO’s Joint C-IED Analytical Support Teams, followed by assignments as the Senior PM for the JIEDDO Operations Support Services contract and the Chief of the Asymmetric Warfare Group. In late 2013, he became the Director of the Operational Intelligence and Analysis Division, leading an organization of almost 400 personnel across more than a dozen programs providing intelligence analysis, operations integration, software development, and training solutions to Defense, Intelligence Community, and commercial customers.
Aidis is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and an Olmsted Scholar, earning his Master’s in International Economics at the University of Warsaw, Poland.
