Protection and Intelligence Business Unit Manager
Ed MacDonald is a leader, business manager, and team builder. He had a 20-year career in the Army and has over 10 years experience managing DoD contracts. Ed leads 300-plus diverse employees and a complex spectrum of contracts in three centers: Acquisition and Technical Support, National Intelligence, and Preparedness and Logistics. Ed joined Camber in 2003 as a Senior Technician on the Joint Biological Point Detection System program and advanced to Program Manager for support of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). In 2005, he became Director of Operations and Sustainment in the Threat Mitigation Division; and, in 2010, Ed was promoted to Vice President, managing business operations for CBRNE, logistical, and force protection contracts.
Ed has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Strayer University and has earned a Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
