Rob Chen is a passionate executive with a proven track record of successfully executing large information technology programs and generating growth. He has specialized technology expertise that covers full life cycle software engineering, systems integration, data/information management, and emerging technologies on large, complex enterprise systems in both the commercial and federal market space.

His career has spanned nearly two decades, beginning as senior developer and working in progressively more responsible positions as an IT program manager, Center Director, and eventually Vice President for a portfolio of IT development and operations for federal customers. Rob currently manages and develops a $100 million account portfolio of work at Federal agencies, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC), Department of Education (DoED), and Fairfax County, Virginia.

Rob’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia and a Project Management Professional Certificate from the Project Management Institute.
